Late last night after a massage, I managed to get my Payload CMS blog working. I’ve been working with the Payload 3.0 Beta and was struggling with getting the Admin panel working on Vercel.

But after looking through the Payload Discord server, I found someone who was getting a similar error message, and the issue had to do with an environment variable on Vercel.

Once I had that updated, everything worked.

As a treat to myself the next morning, I went to Ole’s Waffle Shop in Alameda, got a waffle breakfast. Then headed to High Wire for a cappuccino, and ended up charging my car and chatting with a friend.

I’m writing this post in my car, and I’m about to head home to continue working on the blog.
