A Night With Roxxxy

When I went to the underwear party at Oasis for Folsom weekend, I saw that Roxxxy Andrews was performing at for their Princess night. Tonight I ended up at Oasis for her show.

Before I left, I was feeling it at my apartment. I shaved my head, wore my Fang x Sniffies Pointelle tank top. And sprayed myself down with some oud.

I left Oakland at around 8 o’clock and headed down to Soma. My first stop was at DNA lounge. For a slice of carnivore pizza. Then I walked over to Oasis and had a Carne Asada Mulita from the Mexican food truck, Chilitos, that’s always parked in front of Oasis.

You should try their Mulitas.

It’s now 9 o’clock, and one hour to go until the doors open for the show.

Oasis is a strange venue in that when they say doors open at 10, they mean it. They actually mean the entire club is closed, not just the performance room. So you can’t go into the lounge to have a drink before the show.

There’s also not much to do in this neighborhood of Soma, so I ended up getting another hotdog from the Mexican food truck and snapping this selfie.

I don't know why I was pulling this face, but I was into the fit for this evening.

Ok, so this is my first Princess night. And I didn’t realize Princess happens in the main bar room, not the theater. So I’m going to be right up in Roxxy’s business.

I started with a cider and I’m waiting for the performance to begin.

We all came for the thickems, and Roxxxy didn't disappoint. 🍑
